You'll own the lifecycle revenue engine for a portfolio of 8-figure e-commerce brands. This means architecting email/SMS flow systems from scratch, managing Klaviyo and Attentive implementations, running holdout tests, and obsessing over cohort-level LTV metrics. You don't write 'newsletters.' You build automated revenue infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in email/SMS marketing with proven revenue attribution
  • Deep Klaviyo or Attentive platform expertise
  • Ability to build complex conditional flow logic without technical support
  • Experience with holdout testing and incrementality measurement
  • Portfolio of lifecycle systems that generated 30%+ of total brand revenue

CREATIVE

Direct Response Copywriter

Full-Time / Remote

You write hooks that stop thumbs and body copy that converts. You don't write taglines or brand manifestos. Every word you produce is measured by CPA, CTR, and conversion rate — not by how much the creative director 'likes' it. You'll script UGC, write static ad copy, build landing page frameworks, and produce 20+ variants per week per client. Volume and speed matter more than polish.

Requirements

  • 3+ years writing direct response ad copy for DTC or e-commerce brands
  • Proven track record of copy that converted at scale on Meta/Google/TikTok
  • Ability to produce 20+ copy variants per week without quality degradation
  • Understanding of hook psychology, urgency mechanics, and objection handling
  • Zero attachment to 'brand voice' when it conflicts with conversion data

ACQUISITION

Media Buyer — Paid Social

Full-Time / Remote

You manage $100k-$500k/month in ad spend across Meta and TikTok. You understand that 2026 media buying is about signal quality, creative volume, and campaign structure — not manual audience targeting. You'll build Advantage+ campaigns, implement server-side tracking, configure custom conversion events for margin-based bidding, and run incrementality tests. If you still think interest-based targeting is a strategy, this isn't for you.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing $100k+/month in paid social ad spend
  • Deep expertise with Meta Advantage+ and campaign structure optimization
  • Experience implementing Conversions API and server-side tracking
  • Understanding of incrementality testing (geo-lifts, holdouts, MMM)
  • Fluency in unit economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, MER

ENGINEERING

Growth Engineer

Full-Time / Remote

You build the connective tissue between our marketing systems and client tech stacks. Custom tracking implementations, data pipeline architecture, conversion event configuration, and analytics dashboard engineering. You're not a traditional 'developer' — you're an engineer who understands that every millisecond of tracking latency and every dropped conversion event directly impacts revenue attribution and algorithmic performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing technology / growth engineering
  • Expertise in GTM, GA4, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL
  • Experience building custom analytics dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or custom)
  • Understanding of how tracking quality impacts algorithmic bidding performance
